We are an active district taking part in Marple Gang Show, holding our annual Muddy Boot Trophy and boasting 16 thriving units!

Our HQ is available to hire at weekends, and weekdays during school holidays.

We have two rooms available and a small kitchen with basic facilities.

How much is it to hire our HQ?
The HQ is £10 per hour. (There is discounted rates for GirlGuiding Leaders or GirlGuiding Groups)

This is for the use of both downstairs halls and the kitchen facilities.
​
NB- we cannot guarantee that there will not be Guiding units using our meeting space upstairs during your hire.

What are the conditions of hire?
You must take home your rubbish
Pay for the booking upfront
Agreed to and return the Hire agreement paperwork before the hire date.
Pay for the hire in full 48 Hours before the booking start
We are unable to permit Loud Music after 11pm due to the residential area
NB- YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE HIRE AGREEMENT HAS BEEN RETURNED

Can I come and look round the HQ?
That's absolutely fine! Although we ask you contact us to arrange this. This is as we need to look after the safeguarding of the children in our units and need to accompany any visitors when our units are using the HQ.
